Most relevant is the drop waist which is a flashback to flapper fashion. Volumes of lace gathers at the bottom in an opulent 13 1/2″ ruffle. Five tonal plastic buttons hold sparkle rhinestones. Dry cleaned. Slight stain in front next to 4rth button down. Finally, mandarin collar measures 1 1/4″ high. Closes with a snap.
Measures 14″ across the shoulders; 16″ across the bust; 15″ across the waist; 17″ across the hips. Model is a modern size 4.
