50s Organza Dress Pink Embroidery
This 50s Organza Dress screams Pretty In Pink! Violet, pink and white embroidery accents the bodice with flowers. A full skirt demands the dance floor as it offers the perfect flounce. Perfect for Prom, Cotillion, any Party.
Features/ Straight front and square back neck, metal back zipper, 15″ fold under hem, pink satin lining, distinct darts on bodice
Measurements/ Flat the dress measures 17″ from armhole to armhole, 12 1/2″ at the waist, 18″ at the hips. The shoulders measure 11 1/2″ across the square neckline. Full length from shoulder to bottom hem measures 40″ (15″ to waist with 25″ long skirt). Tag reads 11.
Issues/ No belt with the dress. Two 2″ loops remain on its sides. Easily substitute a ribbon. Shown with no belt at all. Very faded stains exist on the bodice and skirt. Only one remains noticeable, however, rests right under the belt line so can be covered easily. This stain measures a slight 1/4″ X 1/8″. Organza is very fragile. One split exists on one of the gathers. Overall, the organza is in great condition. One of the 6 darts that form the bodice shows unravelling. Could be easily basted closed.
The model is a modern 2P 4P. A 34B 25W 36H is the perfect figure.
