Tiered Layered Maxi Skirt never looked so good! Four layers of tulle and ruffle widen at the bottom to create dramatic silhouette. The back gathers with a bustle. Most important, vintage bridal petticoat refreshes with hand dyed finish. Painted flowers scroll across the top overskirt and underskirt. A WOW piece!

About the petticoat:

This petticoat certainly belonged to a wedding dress. Found in a second hand shop, the white petticoat became perfect prop for revamp project. Hand dipping creates the dramatic splashed hemline of two of the layers. The top overskirt illustrates pop art expression with whimsical doodled flowers. Periwinkle blue, violet and magenta dominates the color scheme.

The waistband constructs from 2 1/2″ black velvet ribbon. A 8″ zipper closes the back above the bustle.
