A peasant dress is so emblematic of the 70’s bohemian culture. Easy, loose and beautifully embroidered, they became the outfit of the young hip culture looking for freedom. This peasant gown is an indigo blue cotton with red, yellow, green and white embroidery on the sleeves and bottom. The neckline is a scoop neck and is gathered and adjustable. It measures flat 22″ from armhole to armhole; 20″ at the waist; 22″ at the hips; 36″ from armhole to hem; 16″ sleeve starting from neckline. Made in Guatemala. Excellent condition.
