60s leather car coat sports cool in a tailored boxy style.
60s leather car coat demonstrates that function can be cool. The tailoring of the jacket has more of a boxy style. No leisure suit tailoring. Three front leather buttons close the coat while two more accentuate the front flap pockets. There are two vertical stitched slits to the front which serve to hold a belt. However, there is no belt with the coat. Not to worry. The coat is very cool without one. The coat has more of a western feel to it. Very comfortable as well as cool!
Gold satin lines the car coat. Very little wear with no tears or frays. A leather cleaning tag is in the inside. No inner lining pockets. The leather shows some wear in the form of smudges at the bottom of the hem and back neck. This coat was just broken in. A great coat for someone with longer arms.
The model is a modern size LARGE or X Large.
Flat it measures:
19″ across the shoulders
21″ across the chest from armhole to armhole
22″ waist
The sleeve measures 27″ from shoulder to cuff.
The coat length is 34″ from top of collar to bottom hem.
VERY GOOD condition.
