Powerfully blue it measures 3 1/2″ at its widest point.  The central flower is over 2″ around with the center 1″ in diameter.  Two arms of marquis shaped rhinestones swing whimsically.  They are adjustable.

The rhinestones are set in a silver tone metal.  Marquis stones are paler blue.  Unsigned. All stones are present and clear.
